How to choose my size?
We suggest each customer to remeasure your size before you buy anything. Please refer to our size guide to find your size. You can choose all our items with this size you found. -> Size Guide
Why size range is different for different designs?
We suggest our customer to get their perfect fitting and comfortable experience on our items. We properably provide the best suitable size range for each design. If you want it for your size too, please contact us.
How long will I get my order?
It usually takes about 3-10 business days for delivery. Some may extend to more than 15 business days because of delay by remote areas, failure on contacting receiper, wrong address, or custom holding.
We suggest you better leave your contact number in the shipping address.

How to place an order?
You can add the item you like in the shopping cart and checkout for a combined order finally. With or without a sign-up ID are both available.
Will I need to pay import duties?
Import duties might occurs varies depending on your custom policy. Please consult your local post office services for more information.
How can I check my order?
You can check the order status in your account with us. But if you did not order with a sign-up ID with us, it's not available for check on our site. Please refer to our update emails.
Can I cancel, add to, or edit my order after it has been placed?
When your order is placed, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days(need to apply within 14 days after received). If you have forgotten to add an item, you will need to place a second order.
How to track my order?
All our orders will be shipped with a tracking number so that you can check with your package update status. Please check out with your order status with your sign-up account. Or you can also refer to our email detail about your order update.
If I've received a faulty or incorrect item?
All our orders will be checked and well packed before we shipped. But if you receive the item damaged or wrong, please keep all the proof of the package status when you received it. You can contact our service team and apply for a return for refund or exchange within 14 days upon the package delivered time.
I sent back my return, but I have not heard anything?
Returns take a full 14 business days to be processed, and you will be emailed once this has been completed. We advise all customers to retain their proof of postage receipt issued by the delivery carrier. If you are concerned that your item has not been received, please track your parcel using this proof of postage so we can follow its return journey.
